Truth Behind Liquid Diets

There have been a lot of critics against liquid diets and their supposed ability to reduce a person’s body weight and induce healing through equilibrium. As a matter of fact, there is some truth behind such diets, given a person undergoing such a diet does things correctly. Consumption of plain, distilled water may bring about positive effects to your body’s health, but ionized water can do a much better job. You first have to be aware that there is a huge difference between mineral and ionized water. It is the latter that offers the most benefits.

So what’s so great about drinking alkaline water, and why is it better to drink than off-the-shelf mineral water? First of all, ionized water has smaller clusters of H20 water molecules. Meanwhile, the high pH level of ionized water makes it a natural eliminator of acidic waste in your body. By neutralizing acidic waste, your body will be able detoxify itself at a much faster rate than normal.

A water ionizer does all that and so much more. Detoxification is increased because this type of water contains a lot of negatively charged hydroxyl ions. These ions automatically bond with acidic waste components that are found floating all over your body.
