Childbearing Women Can Hold Their Urine and Enjoy Sex

Vaginoplasty and labiaplasty in Ohio is offered to women all over the Northeast, but  many women resort to Kegel exercises to prevent urinary incontinence. This happens when the pelvic floor muscles are so weak that women urinate whenever they jump, laugh, or sneeze. This commonly happens with both age and childbirth. The stress of a vaginal delivery puts pressure on the muscles designed to hold urine. Without a strengthening and tightening of these muscles, women may urinate during daily activities. However, Kegel exercises take a long time to repair the muscles that hold urine, and it is not an entirely effective exercise. These exercises take up fifteen minutes every morning. Most moms will agree that fifteen minutes is more time than they can spare with a new child. The best avenue to prevent urinary incontinence is to undergo laser vaginal plastic surgery.

Vaginal plastic surgery also eliminates pain during work outs, since the muscles around the hips are strengthened. Those with a fragile pelvic floor called Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (PFD) find that Kegel exercises cause more damage because the muscular tissue in their glutes is so worn down. Those who undergo vaginal tightening surgery no longer have to endure the embarrassment of urinary incontinence during workouts and other daily routines. Women no longer have to bring a change of clothes with them and overnight pads wherever they go after having children.

Sexual pleasure after birth can also be increased with vaginal plastic surgery. Without a strong pelvic floor, sex is not very stimulating. Women require friction to feel the most pleasure during intercourse. Many marriages suffer because of a woman’s inability to feel pleasure during sex. Husbands do no experience any physical change after having children, but wives experience an immense physical change to their bodies. Husbands will probably have the same sex drive as they did before the baby, but women often feel depleted even after the newborn phase and the 6 weeks of recommended abstinence. While hormone levels play a big role in female sexuality after childbirth, tightening the vagina may encourage the woman to resume sexual activity because it is enjoyable.

Sex should be enjoyable instead of awkward. Without feeling in the mood, penetration can feel invasive and even painful for a woman. Women can treat themselves to vaginal plastic surgery and enjoy their sex life again. It is a relatively bloodless surgery and recovery is fast. Most procedures are done on an outpatient basis. Females can feel sexual fulfillment and enjoy the ability to hold their urine after having children. It gives back a feeling of happiness and control. Women with heavy periods can also undergo the cryoablation of the endometrium, another service offered by vaginal plastic surgeons.
